A regulatory T-cell enhancing biologic cut atopic dermatitis severity by 61% at sixteen weeks

REZOLVE-AD randomised 393 patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. All three rezpegaldesleukin doses met the primary endpoint, with EASI falling 61% on the highest against 31% on placebo — a 30-point treatment difference — at the cost of injection-site reactions in 70%.
