Each edition is assembled from newly published literature and public regulatory announcements, and every claim in it is cited to the source it came from.

Where the content comes from#
The general medical journals, the specialist journals each desk actually reads, the societies that write the guidelines for that field, PubMed, and the FDA and EMA. We store bibliographic detail and a link, and write our own prose about it; we do not reproduce articles.
What it is not#
It is an information tool for healthcare professionals. It is not medical advice, it is not a clinical decision-support device, and it must not be used to guide the care of an individual patient without consulting the primary source. Every edition says so.
