From inside the app#
Open You → Settings → Delete account and confirm. This removes your profile, your saved items and your notes immediately, and signs you out. It cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled#
Email info@rpsofttech.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days and usually the same week.
What gets deleted#
- Your profile — specialty, followed topics, notification preferences.
- Everything you saved, and your reading history.
- Every note you wrote.
- Your sign-in account and any notification tokens for your devices.
What is kept, briefly#
Anonymous crash reports already sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account and expire on Google's own schedule, up to 90 days. We keep no backup copy of your content beyond 30 days.
