Ask specifically: 'Do you take any weekly injections, or anything for weight loss or diabetes — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro?' Record the drug, dose, last dose and any gastrointestinal symptoms.
- Ask about weekly injections and weight-loss medicines by name.
- Record the last dose date and dose escalation phase.
- Ask about nausea, bloating or early satiety on the day.
